I think it could be said..from viewing this video.. that Ian Tomlinson as a Freeman..having no contract with the police..by showing,through body language .. had not excepted the jurisdiction of the police and as a Freeman under COMMON LAW was hindered in his right to travel without hindrance..that in turn the caused his of his death and under COMMON LAW.. we would not except that there be any time limits for Ian Tomlinson to receive justice and his family receive compensation for their lose.
