Do not feel bad about forgetting how old your little sister is. I'm 28 and my baby sister (She's always been The Baby) is 25, and I forget this all the time. I think because it's a little traumatic. p.s. For your tattoo, try finding an artist who is good at capturing motion and ask them to draw the wind. You might have to try several artist before you find one who "sees" it the same as you do.

I would think of it as a softly colored/shaded space with white (highlight) and black (shadow/depth) interspersed to show movement. That's how I picture it, anyhow. Either that, or maybe a forest pathway with leaves and debris swirling. That could add elements of nature like trees, butterflies, etc.
