Helt enig Innerspace100! Gudny sang som en Gud-inne på denne låta!! Den står seg den dag i dag. Gruppene du nevner hadde sine stunder de også, men denne låta og hele første albumet til Ruphus viste klart at norske grupper absolutt kunne lage meget bra prog.

Man kan komme med Popol Ace, Junipher Greene, Aunt Mary, Høst, til og med Motorpsycho på sitt mest 70 talls proggete... men det slår ikke dette. For ingen av de ovenfornevnte har noe i nærheten av Gudny Aspaas på vokal (Kristin Asbjørnsen, selv om du synger tøft, så matcher du aldri den dama her!!!). Dette er kvinnelig rock vokal i hvilken som helst klasse, hvor som helst, når som helst. Det var hva jeg ville si. Takk.

Bra video .... MEN fytti f.. for en stemme Gudny Aspaas har. Hadde platene av Ruphus på 70 tallet ... har aldri blitt lei av å høre disse .. vel og merke med Gudny som vokalist.

But it is hard to find some live material with Ruphus.

Back in the sixties I used to play with Gudny in a girl band in our home town Meråker, calling ourselves "The singing Goats".

Remember from 1973 (I think) concert in exhibition hall A in Tonsberg.

Gudny appeared in white dress as a goddess on the high stage. Won´t forget that one.

And this tune may be my favourite ¨Norwegian Prog¨ tune. Listen still a lot to this album.

This is my favorite song of all times. Have been searching for it for years. Thanks for posting it. If someone have Jahn Teigen and the Popol ace/vuh with the queen of all queens, Please upload it too, its also one of the best rock ever made. Cant understand what made Jahn Teigen stop making commercial plastic music when he really could make grat musik. I really dont understand it! Was that a crossroad deal he made?

He he, I don`t know, he has been in the melody grand prix also, and that is the lowest in music if you ask me. But he is a strange guy, like many of the big artists from his time. =)

Hello, firstly, I am so sorry I haven`t seen your comment until now, have probably jumped over it in one of my many ADHD moments =P

The video is clipped from the animation "The Dark Chrystal"

I just tried to cut some of the scenes from the movie to fit with the up`s and down`s in the song.

The song itself is probably delivering so many good ideas to the listener that the video is "surfing" on the wave of Ruphus, and it end up all good. =)
