I don't see how anyone could survive on the streets like in this movie. If the impact of the wave didn't kill you, the water pressure from suddenly being hundreds of feet underwater certainly would. Any wave this size wouldn't just effect South Korea. Every neighboring Asian country would be hit too. This wave is big enough that it would also devastate Australia, Canada, US, Mexico, and all of Central and South America's Pacific coast with waves at least as big as the 2004 Indonesian tsunami.
