  • awesome

    also very helpful video, thx.

  • Very nice!

  • Perfect technique man

  • I guess you can do it alot faster if you would just use only one hand.. Anyway, nice video, the wall looks very slippery.. And that climbup shows some power! Have you ever tried kicking one knie up front with a climb up?!

  • Well i'm used to doing it one hand, and i'll admit quickly that my climb ups are not really fast. I don't know if doing it with one hand is any faster. I don't get what you mean by kicking one knee up?

  • @nabeiz Ehhh... They are not ultra fast but that's NOT slow.

  • I do a bit of it too but I can´t do it without leaning on my elbows... I try not to, but I just don´t seem to have the strength to pull up. How do you develop the strength faster?

  • Heard of planche? There are 2 ways to train your strength, one would be explosive and the other static. Static would be doing more push ups and pull ups, whereas explosive would be doing push up claps or pull up claps, e.g. as fast and as high as you can. For parkour related moves i prefer training more explosive strength.

  • I´ve been practicing a little with the push ups claps and I already feel how I am getting stronger everyday! Thank you! I´ll keep busy for a while now!!!

  • that's very very high Oo

    and your technique is great...

  • Haha i have been practicing passe murailles for the past week and i still cant do them well! nabeiz how should i train as to make this easier??

  • Well, maybe it's just the technique... There are quite a few things you have to see.

1 - Jump distance from wall

2 - Angle of pushing up the wall

    3 - Momentum

Well anyway, there's quite a lot. Maybe you can find other traceurs around your area and take a video of their passe muraille, then take a video of your own from the same angle and find out what the differences are, that'll help a lot.

  • Thank you so much nabeiz! I'll try this out when i go to my first jam this friday!

  • don't tell him the height of the wall,

    don't encourage competition

  • Yeah i won't... These videos are all for my own reference... How i improved, i post short clips of stuff here so i can view it from anywhere. The height of the wall never matters once the technique is right, so keep working on that and higher is merely a small matter.

  • very nice ;) can u tell me how high is this wall ? I just want to see if i can do it ^^

  • You have to keep trying, to find the proper technique. If you try a hundred times everyday, one day you'll get it.

  • well I train that now.:) but... when is high wall.. what can I do? jump up? I jump up but I fall back down..! ?

  • Train because you want to - not because of what others can =)

  • Shit dude ! this wall is so high ! i'm gonna have to train lol
