I still believe Bruce Lee was one of the strongest man alive- Pound for Pound- I'm not saying he could bench 580lbs or clean and jerk 450lbs but he definetly could move and manipulate his bodyweight better than an anyone I've seen.  in all around strength. He had reached his max potential in every aspect - Strength, Power, Endurance, speed, flexibility, coordination. If you or whoevers really doing that Great work.
