@parrotlink Just a question in the previous video I watched there were four eggs. You said they all hatched. Here I only see 3 birds where is the fourth one?
Hi Fortunately we have not had this problem with kookies even when being reared by the parents. They live well in family groups and the young from the previous year help to feed the new youngsters.
@dzingabek kookies live in a pack so to speak so they don't kill off their own the weak ones generally take to nursing the new youngsters and the strong ones hunt and protect their home
Quick question...do kookaburras make good companion animals? (do they cuddle/like to be handled, etc.)
