After you beat this game the way that you want (A ending), does anyone still play the campaign afterwards. I'm tring to justify a purchase because I only single campaign play and I hear that DR2 is best as a co-op?

( this counts as a survivor combo card )

I got all the combo cards except for the burning skull, which I have a scratch card for. How do I make it a combo card?

@ZombieMonkey7 It's the last card in the video. You need to give the fortune teller $1,200,000. Just keep giving him money until the price for your fortune is $500,000. He will give you the combo card.
