We need her to tell this to the IL legislators! Illinois has probably the worst gun laws in the country... no concealed carry allowed at all, and even for a time handguns were banned Chicago (where I live). I don't know a single person that owns a gun here, but every night on the news we here about some drive by shooting, collateral killing from gang fights, and family murders. I personally have a close friend whose cousin, young mother of 8 and happily married, was shot and murdered.

God bless Dr. Hupp. She must've presented this testimony THOUSANDS of times since that tragic day. But it's as poignant today, as then.
