Me and my mom love this song and about 8 years ago she was diagnosed with cancer and she's been through surgery and the doctors said the cancer stopped spreading.. but in the last year she has started getting alot of fevers and is noseous alot.. but she refuses to see a doctor, since she's dealt with that once before. I've been away for college now and i learned the song, but whenever i come home, i just cant bring myself to perform it for her... i'm afraid of her knowing that i'm scared for her

I saw John Fogerty 2010 at Peace and Love Festival in Sweden. Although he can't sing like before, it was the most amazing Concert I've ever seen in my entire life.
