yeah so i do drugs one day have the drugs on me felony one while im high i destroy a window that is worth more then 250 dollars felony destruction of property im so high that i am unaware of what is going on and fight a little with police assaulting an officer, im 18 i got to jail for the rest of my life, no that is fucking wrong and if i am to go to trial for three strikes i would motherfucking blow up the courthouse in protest just so that i can show them how willing i am to do life wake up.

I am for the three strikes law 100%.John Wesley Ewell was a three striker who was given leniency at least twice on a possible 3 strike conviction and now 4 people are dead because of it.Two of those people were my aunt and uncle,This just happened in October 2010 .I think a 3 striker should get the full sentence of the law.That is what it is for,that is why we passed it!

Seattle, Washington police officer Shandy Cobane (who I expect to be FORMER police officer) has demonstrated the very doubtability of the law community for in San Francisco there is an outrageous event involving district attorneys violating laws of information regarding testifying police officers who may have unlawful conduct or criminal records that is supposed to be submitted to defense.

1st violent felony = minimum 10 years forced labor/ no probation

2nd violent felony = minumum 15 years forced labor/ no probation

3rd violent felony = death penalty within 30 days after sentencing.

There is obviously something sick and disturbing about politicians in government now for them to passing disgusting laws like that. Damn. If they really care about humans that much - they must be less than a piece of shit in their political mind.
