Do your research before you start ranting. Kevin Mannix is not a chief petitioner on this issue. The real problem is that Medical Marijuana is being abused here in Oregon by drug dealers. Petition 131 would replace the current program with a prescription program. It does not effect the criminal law, which makes possession of up to 1 ounce just a civil penalty.
I suggest that you do your own research because there is no evidence of abuse of the program. Of all documented cases it amounts to over 99% compliance.
Hardly what one would expect with a system so rife with abuse as is alleged by you and others shugotenshi24.
