Gordon Brown who is the son of a church minister.David Cameron the son of a stockbroker And Nick Clegg the son of banker. Which of the three have the wellbeing of the less well off majority in his heart? Only Gordon Brown. GOD BLESS HIM! The new caring Labour leader will blow these two new leaders at the helm trying to steer in two different directions clean out of the water!
We have seen the biggest bank (wealth) robbery in history.A blatant inside job perpetrated by the bankers and their ultra wealthy backers resulting in the credit crunch and hoarding of vast wealth as seen in the World Wealth Reports 2007 and 2009.The bankers and Ultra wealthy have the son of a stockbroker and son of a banker at the helm in number 10 Downing street. Scared? We should be!
We'd be like Greece, NOW if Cameron & co, had let the banks go under. Like THEY SAID THEY WOULD. Devil take the hindmost is their battle cry. Evil stupid and TOO BIG A RISK!
How do the tory voting10% of the population with over 90% of the wealth defend their corner with millions of kids living in poverty. The answer is with their wealth and influence the ultra rich as in the World Wealth Report 2009.Keep the negative media spotlight off themselves as to what they are upto.Over 90% of tory voters would not be effected by a fair redistribution of wealth.Crazy? Vote Labour!
How do these boarding school boys and girls who vote tory defend their corner when a huge majority are part of the 10% of the population with over 90% of the wealth. With millions of kids living in poverty. The answer is with their wealth and influence the ultra rich as in the World Wealth Report 2009.Keep the negative media spotlight off themselves as to what they are upto.A huge majority of tory voters would not be effected by a fair redistribution of wealth.Crazy? Vote Labour!
Before you vote ask yourselves where is all the money? A vast amount of wealth is being hoarded by the ultra wealthy as the World Wealth report 2009 shows. Will David Cameron funded by a billionaire redistribute a fair amount of this wealth? Not in 33,000,000,000,000(thirty three thousand billion) years! Inexperienced Nick Clegg ? No! Only Gordon Brown Has the guts and Personality to sort out the bankers and billionaires.
We know how we got to this situation.Which politician is more likely to see the solution as opening the floodgates on the billionaires accumulated wealth to ease our financial woes.David Cameron who is funded by a billionaire? You must be joking! Inexperienced Nick Clegg? No! Gordon Brown tackling the bankers and billionaires. What a delicious thought.
How does David Cameron say It is time for change so convincingly. What we should all understand is he does not mean a change for the better. He means a change for the worst.
We have all been in a real world game of Monopoly Where the banker and the rich few have been manipulating the rules grossly in their favour even though they have the huge advantage of as the saying goes,"Money Makes Money".They create a boom.Hoover up vast wealth as the world wealth report 2009 attests to and leave the great majority of the less well off to pick up the pieces. We have found the smoking gun in the world wealth report 2009!
In the debate, Nick just goes on about changing things, making different, doing new stuff, etc....he then goes on about having plan to do that and that, but what is the plan? where is the solution?
David goes on about spending lot of money on police, all the money available to education, every single penny to NHS and save millions of pound, what is he wanted to do? Save or Spend????
Lets vote for the person (Mr.Brown) who are realistic and have real solution to the problem.
The Labor Party freed up the constrictive fixed system the rich had in place for centuries: now on to an elected second chamber with either Labor or the Dems. If the Conservatives were in again I imagine they would re-close bars at 11pm and make smoking compulsory everywhere.
When it comes to facial expressions.Did everyone take note of Gordon Brown's steely expression while talking to Jeremy Paxman about the bankers.I have not noted much emotion on the faces of David Cameron and Nick Clegg.A case of keeping their cards close to their chest.
I care about people and care about the Country and am going to vote Labour. I don't much care for the way new labour has sided with the exploiters of labourers with immigrants taking British jobs. But the conservatives are 1000 times worse. A conservative government will bring social unrest riots mass unemployment they'll be in the pockets of the money men and will do whats in thier best interests not yours or the countrys. Whatever you do please do not vote TORY!!
I have had comments removed from webcameronuk. david cameron rallies staff and supporters as election 2010 is announced.I mentioned the world wealth report 2009.6.2 million high net worth individuals excluding their primary resdences with a combined wealth of $33,000,000,000,000.thirty three thousand billion dollars.
up to date manifesto... all labour supporters please dont believe media created fake poll. we will make them wrong by putting our vote . we dont want to run our country by a media created leader( Nick or david) we want Gordon again who is created by public...
Whoever thinks the Torries can be trusted to govern Britain fairly is deluding themselves. How can anyone think that a party that is bankrolled by a sudo-lord from Central America, who is pumping money into Tory party candidate pockets to spend on this election, whilst not paying a penny of personal UK tax, is beyond my comprehension. Dave is taking us for mugs!
And the only leader of this trumvirate that can be trusted is easily Gordon Brown
Did you know that crime rises much more steeply under a Conservative Government than it does under a Labour one? Since the Tories were in power, Crime is down by more than a third; violent crime is down by over 40 per cent.
@Avionicgenius Labour has a lot of stronghold seats. These are like 60% Labour, 30% Lib or Con. So that needs a 16% swing from Labour to Lib or Con for that seat to change.
If you include minor parties however, the swing becomes slightly less, however, a 16% swing is about 5 to 6 thousand people changing their mind in that constituency.
it's really interesting how labour are really trying to put the last few admittedly bad years behind them and come up with fresh, interesting films like this. but maybe they've had enough chances now? personally, the liberal democrats win my vote.
I''ll vote for whoever has a policy on HAPPINESS the nation needs cheering up it - it hasn't had any laughs since Eric Morecombe popped his glogs and Ronnie Barker Retired. Britain needs Stevie Riks on TV. What party is going to promise Stevie Riks his own TV SERIES???

@mikee1107 Because it's california news? Look, jackass: If cannabis were legalised, then the -government- would have to pay out more money for hospital and mental health clinics. Anyway, if alcohol were discovered recently, it would be banned almost instantly.
@Ltg237 Not really true to be honest Canabis can actually be used to treat several medical and mental illnesses. They are actually producing synthetic THC in the states now and prescribing to patients with Eating Disorders. I don't smoke it by the way, I don't drink either but I don't see that there is grounds to take the choice out of the hands of the individual or that prohibition has worked at all. You are forgetting also that as a legitimate market there would be tax revenue.
Only if cannabis causes a significant number or physical and mental illnesses in users, and only then if legalisation lead to increased usage, neither of which has been proven.
Even if both were, what about decriminalisation? Giving it the status of a prescription drug? Why is there a need to lock up everyone who so much as owns some of this substance? What harm could cannabis possibly do that would be worse than the harm done by imprisoning its users?
@1:45 is this an attempt to show people what dissent looks like so they don't think of doing it, a promotion of apathy in our illusion of democracy that is more like corperatism? Or is this clip is a telling representation of what labour thinks is our opinions are? i think both.
Wonderful and in touch with the real people of this nation "i'd love to be a billionaire but i'll settle for taking better care of my family" Instead of this Tory notion that everyone is a super greedy corporate giant.. Who lays the brick and pipes in this Tory dream world? I'm glad Brown sees that we need new industry and production lets hope we get to own it too like before Thatcher flogged it all off. I'd be happy to be a part it, what better way to give a future to your kids
@stoogepenguin Lol what's this a 80's cold war style propaganda? I bet you're a big fan of Rocky IV aren't ya? Get the commie's Rock!! Let me give you a quote from Tony Benn to see if that gives you food for thought "The Marxist analysis has got nothing to do with what happened in Stalin's Russia: it's like blaming Jesus Christ for the Inquisition in Spain. "
Labour has a great touch when it comes to ads because they are the ordinary man unlike the tories who have to figure out what the ordinary man will respond to.
I like it a lot, and you have won my vote, well you have since about 6 months ago - I was a tory supporter but now I dont think they know what they are doing.
@icecool1065 agreed! :) besides.. its annoying how much people insult gordon and complain... its like - what really is wrong with the country? nothing he's doing a good job!! people just like to whine..
don't know why getting stick off the media this cartoon. i lke it, got all key points there ect, lol don't know how deaf people know about labours stuff, little silly but pretty awesome
I'm voting Labour. They have better social policies, economic policies and are the only party I trust to mostly say what they mean. The Tories don't care about anyone other than toffs and big business, and the lib dems are all over the place.
In one of the coservative parties videos his wife isnt even wearing a seatbelt mrs cameroen the wife of some all talk guy is breaking the law! some change!!!
@MrToadful . Sorry I didn't mean it to come out like that. Are you aware of the lack of captions on the web for deaf people? It is disgraceful. Labour responded well and it is extremely unusual to see proper subtitles online hence my enthusiasm. Its ridiculous in 2010 hearing imaired people can't access videos online
the parties are so similar its become a popularity race between the party leaders and i personally cant stand cameron. He seems patronising and tries to relate to situations he has no experience in. I am not saying the others do but it was amusing watching one of camerons videos at a college where he had his sleeves rolled up and no tie and was standing in a circle of students and staff. The questions got a bit hard and he then started taking questions from the press who he ofcourse knew by name
If it weren't for the funny pictures, I'd have been completely confused and scared by the big words, but now I'm going to vote labour! Nothing endears me more than being patronised and condescended to! How did they know?
Excellent! Hopefully people will see (and hear) this and will remember that not everything is to do with the deficit, but thinking about building the future is pretty important too.
'Everyone deserves a good education with more good schools run by the best headteachers with parents having a greater say' Sounds great doesn't it? But deserving doesn't mean labour are going to give it to them. More good schools. One more? Two more? And what's a good school anyway? Run by the best headteachers - well, only a few can be the best. Parents having a greater say is a nebulous, meaningless phrase. A tale told by an idiot, signifying nothing.
In Scotland Junkies, The Elderly and Asylum Seekers are first inline for free money, a house and free NHS prescriptions.
Yet, What about a couple who don't have kids and pay all their taxes etc.? They have to pay £5 for each prescription, have to pay rent, council tax etc. regardless of income.
Good example of animation in action for political purposes. I just wonder if the Labour Party had enlisted the characters of the Mr Men series how different this could be?
@billybarton67 well if you want the countries schools to become privatised making them more for profit than education, encouraging cutting the budgets of major industries to make extra profit just because they want more rich people. then sure by all means let conservative in. vote labour best of the major 3 although lib dems look good thi year
Third try... constructive criticism time... Kids need to be involved - true (to an extent). Marketing the party for kids at this time is not value for money for tax payers as kids can't vote and have almost zero concept of the true impact of policy. Please aim at a higher more influential age and spend more time during your term of office getting politics into the schools.
@SDCSDeaf : If you are deaf, you will not be able to hear the video soundtrack. Since there is nothing in the video about deaf people who feel excluded, you have missed nothing.
Google "labour party manifesto 2010" and read it instead.

If it weren't for the funny pictures, I'd have been completely confused and scared by the big words, but now I'm going to vote labour! Nothing endears me more than being patronised and condescended to! How did they know?
GotchaFish 1 year ago

A tale told by an idiot, signifying nothing.

are they not the same promises that they gave in 97??????

Whose fault is that you can only really start learning about politics once you've started A levels?...
Crangsta 1 year ago
In Scotland Junkies, The Elderly and Asylum Seekers are first inline for free money, a house and free NHS prescriptions.
Yet, What about a couple who don't have kids and pay all their taxes etc.? They have to pay £5 for each prescription, have to pay rent, council tax etc. regardless of income.
kaney1967 1 year ago
Good example of animation in action for political purposes. I just wonder if the Labour Party had enlisted the characters of the Mr Men series how different this could be?

Disappointing! It says nothing to me.
Do they really think I will pass this on to my mates?
billybarton67 1 year ago
@billybarton67 well if you want the countries schools to become privatised making them more for profit than education, encouraging cutting the budgets of major industries to make extra profit just because they want more rich people. then sure by all means let conservative in. vote labour best of the major 3 although lib dems look good thi year
IBrokeRules1and2lulz 1 year ago
Third try... constructive criticism time... Kids need to be involved - true (to an extent). Marketing the party for kids at this time is not value for money for tax payers as kids can't vote and have almost zero concept of the true impact of policy. Please aim at a higher more influential age and spend more time during your term of office getting politics into the schools.

I am not happy I am deaf and I can't follow this video,
Why should we be marginalised from this election?
Should have some closed captions
SDCSDeaf 1 year ago 5
@SDCSDeaf : If you are deaf, you will not be able to hear the video soundtrack. Since there is nothing in the video about deaf people who feel excluded, you have missed nothing.
Google "labour party manifesto 2010" and read it instead.
pyrolimnaeus 1 year ago
@pyrolimnaeus You misundertand greatly. There are subtitles for the deaf for YouTube Videos.
Labour is trying to engage the electorate and this needlessly excludes deaf people from the politcal process.
In fact the simple visual message may appeal to deaf people with lower English Skills and not all the deaf will understand the manifesto,
A missed opportunity if you ask me.
