i'd agree with "if ya dont wana see it dont read it". My real issue is, in your last post, you say the connection between a monkey and a racist black image is completely unimaginable...and thats silly,cuz there's a big connection between the two considering the history of racist pictures/art ect. Callin people who made this connection idiots is...well idiotic. ya cant deny the fact that racist images often depicted black ppl as monkeys. not being sensitive/aware of that shows your privilege.

also- I want to believe the whole "monkey is the same as cracker/fag" but i cant cuz in reality, when you get called a cracker, they calling you white and maybe dumb. but gettin called a bama-porch monkey, it makes you lazy, stupid and sub-human which legitimized lynching (cuz they were animals not people). I just want to state several aspects of this comic. Obama only signs the bills; Congress writes the bills.  The monkey is portrayed as Congress.

If I was black, I would've gotten a bit pissed off, but I just ignore it. Heck, even several African-Americans aren't offended by this cartoon.

I'm going to explain some logic into this topic:

First of all, WHOEVER thought that a chimp is a comparison to African Americans is a fucking idiot.

Secondly, Congress WRITES the bills while the United States President either signs or vetoes the bills.

Third of all, it's parodying the event of the two cops that shot Travis the chimpanzee. The reason why it was shot dead was because Travis was attacking both the owner and its friend. They had no fucking control of this animal.
