@GaianBlackShadow2011 You can't, you can only get them through survival. One of the snapshots have the ability to get every record except for "11" by killing a creeper with a skeleton's arrow.

@MrShadowmech They added them to give Minecraft more of an even scarier tone. I think 11 is just a backstory type thing, that Mojang might reveal after Minecraft dies and is no fun to play anymore. People do that, their games die, they reveal a secret to get it going again.

@TheuberClips I looked up mellotron: looks like a keyboard with it's own kinda sound to it. I assume the sample would be a pre-programmed simple mellody. I recognized it in both this and the LittleBigPlanet intro, so I assume they got permission from whoever made the sample for the mellotron.
