This is Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch, but I guess just the anime is Mermaid Melody. In my opinion, the manga is WAY better than the anime, but there are stil some fun episodes like the mermaid play. That was funny.

Okay, MMPPP is about this mermaid who gave her pearl to a boy when she was a kid and now she's going on land to find it and the other mermaid princesses to stop Gackto from taking over the sea.
