With a new smart meter they charge you double during peek times. You bill can easily double!!!!!!!! It's only smart for them.
whare does one get a scanner tool like that to see how often and far the signal goes from a smart meter

What frequency was the meter transmitting ? and any idea on wattage output here. I know some say they have A 2 mile range on the itron hp rf meters
