@DjARTisROCK Yes good eye. The way we have the tables connected you can use any rca cables to do the trick. The better the cables the better the sound quality. Again good eye.
why you don't give the playlist man ? if you give the playlist you help me and other people to buy other records . if people don't know the name of the song can't buy the record
@Chief87398 99 percent of the people on here do not pay for music. So if I post a list, I'm just making the problem worse. Also most of the songs I play, you can not find without having to pay ridiculous amount of money. Sorry if my choice affects you, but I hope you understand?
@DJ3RDRAIL1981 i undertand why you wouldn't wont to post the list that's noble and all, But the record companies have been raping people for years, thank good to Serato and all those other Softwares.@Chief878398 If ypur own and Andriod or an Ipjone, get a program called Shazaam, it can pretty much find all these songs titles and give you links to youtube and pretty much places you can puchase them. If are savvy, still be able to get free. Good luck homboy!
@georgetheonlyporge That's the sad part, I am right and that is why we are in the position we are in now because of lack of actual support. People who make good music need support not props.
@SnareForceTV My DJ partner DJ Awon. We got tired of replacing the RCA cords, since we use to do many party's each week, the cables would be the first to give out. So DJ Awon, said "Let's try this". What you see is what we came up with and they are the only 1200's I have ever seen that are connected this way. That's how it came about and who did them. Thanks for noticing.
@djsoops Thanks for the props. If you go to my home page and click on my website link, it will take you to my ustream page. I have hundreds of archives of full shows. Most archives 1-3 hours long. Yes all vinyl, even in 2011. That's how I do.
@TheRicS82 I usually do not give out play list, but this one is not to bad. It's Rah Digga-Lessons of Today produced by DJ Premier. Thanks for the love on the comment page.
@DJ3RDRAIL1981 Why wouldn't you give you your playlists? It doesn't make sense to me... I know that you're trying to come up with cool or rare stuff that other dj's wouldn't know of... But you're on a radio show right? I thought the reason you're on a radio show is to share awesome music... Isn't the whole point of being a dj to share awesome music with as many people as possible? So why wouldn't you give out names?
@scratchnsurf The fact that I play these hip hop records on the radio, shows that I am sharing them with the world. Let's be real here, most people back then and now do not buy records or music in any form for that matter. So giving people a play list will only continue to make lazy people lazier. Everyone who steals music more information to songs that need to be stolen. A magician does not do a show and then at the end of his or her show, explain every trick they do?
@DJ3RDRAIL1981 I have and will always continue to buy all the music i listen to. I mean, I like to preview stuff on youtube, but I then go to buy the ones i like on beatport or itunes. You're right about the magician thing though... Its almost impossible to find videos of professional dj's or professional producers sitting down at ACTUALLY showing you what makes them special. I suppose its part of what makes them special.
@TheSlicemanCometh 2011 and most cats using Serato, are playing stuff that is on vinyl. I thought Serato was suppose to be used to play stuff that was never pressed on vinyl? So if your playing the same stuff that I play wouldn't you want to use real vinyl? Plus Serato, freeze's up and crashes. The most you'll get with vinyl is a skip or two. So when you show me someone who has 5 hours of good quality hip hip that is not on vinyl week in and week out, I might look into Serato?
@gaundful Its all good bro, the last battle I went to, the first round the only vinyl DJ killed it and made it to the semi's. In the semi-finals, 3 serato DJs strait murdered him cuz he only had one routine. Have fun with your crates grandpa.
@TheSlicemanCometh As you can see, we have more than 6 minutes to mix. It's a full radio show. 5 hours each week for the last 18 years. So what can a 6 minute DMC battle routine do? The bottom line is most people who use Serato, play stuff that is on vinyl. So why would I spend more money to play the same songs?
@saucedollaz I feel you. Make it happen fam. You can click on my name and it will take you to our main page. Look for the website which is a ustream link. I'll be on tonight from 12am-5am central time out of Chicago. Sunday night Monday morning. Straight hip hop all vinyl for all you vinyl heads.
This is what we do on a regular basis yo I love it! My mate carry's his crate over on the back of his mountain bike whenever we're on a mix. You can't beat it.
You cut it up with some serious energy anyway, got me looking at your video's now!
Sorry about not giving play list. We know most people won't buy the songs anyways. That's why hip hop is the way it is. No support no surprise. Plus most songs I play you can't find. No serato for me. The tables are the heavy things to carry not the records. I only need a few crates to do a show so it's no problem. This that raw look at how we do this show on Friday with JP CHILL. Enjoy it and thanks for the love and spread the word.
I'm Lovin it!!!! your style is like mine! You have songs that other Djs want, but dont have. I have a lot of those too. That was one good thing about record stores!!!! I always found records that no one Knew about....that way no one could have a dj set like mine!!!! : ) Im gonna start using Serato, but a lot of the music i have on vinyl i cant find them anywhere else..... maybe thats a good thing(smilin) Keep doin what u r doin.. its dope! like i said I love it!!!! Dj Cas. Lawrence Kansas.
Straight Sickness!!! Thats true about finding rare stuff on vinyl cas. A real DJ know his music. All of those were classics. But whats wrong with enlightening others on music bvilla? That's the art of DJin..

Props to your vinyl mixing, but Serato is king. Vinyl DJs cant let go of the past. It was cool in the 80s and 90s. This is 2011.
