The fact that its horrible animated and has no point, maybe? Check out some professional music videos and you might see what I'm talking about.

Depends what you're opinion of professional is. My opinion of professional would be Jonathan Glazer's work with Music Videos, but just because some make them better than others, doesnt mean this is terrible. Simplicity can be quite nice rather than the terrible videos of band playing in front of flashy lights. Wow, amazing... You shouldn't assume stuff about other people either.

I agree: simplicity is nice sometimes. However, this takes simplicity to another level. It's just a bunch of "trippy and spiritual" animated gifs scrolling around. It's more of a slideshow than a music video.

Well part of that i agree with (one mistake you made, you never asked what my opinion was of the video). This video is mediocre, but the simplicity of this isn't terrible-terrible, and i'd be daring enough to say that more thought went into this than some videos going around today. (but to call this incredibly thought-out is also a comment too far. It is mediocre)
