@shineri3 I believe it is only used when you upload your game information to Rockstar Games from the Laptop in your apartments and I think it is an extra side-quest type thing that they add in after you upload your information.

Why do you put frames around main screen (I mean those where is mission name and game name)?

@Antlein I've put frames around main screen to fit the native resolution of the game (480x272) to YouTube video player. In this way the video will show the real quality from the PSP version of the game.
