You don´t need to look at their eyes to know if they are vampires, just go to your friends list. In there if you see an icon of your friend (it can be aquitance, or best friend too) that has red around it, it is a vampire.

if you cant find a vampy, type "testingcheatsenabled true" in the cheat box. Hold down shift, and click on the mailbox. Click Make me know everyone, and look through ur freinds list (a vampire will have a red box over their picture). Invite him/her over, and get bitten! :D
