As you know it has the 1/8 Hole & the Settings and the 3/16' Hole, I am lost when it come to that part

There are a few but very few eyelets that don't do well unless you use the ole hammer but for the most part I think just squeeze slow and gently and you can set the majority of eyelets. Try that and see if it helps. Also try some other brands and see what results you get. Don't give up!
