Sure, the forums are a bit boring, but it's one of the oldest-running FS forums and has a huge library of addons for most FS games, even the newer ones like FS'04 and FSX. You could at least pay a little respect.
Else, you can go suck Avsim's dick.

Absolutely awesome vid mate. Flight sim vids are fan art, either for the sim or the music contained within them, copyrighted or not. It's just flattery and no money is changing hands. Avsim's stance on videos defies logic completely, and if anything, you're helping MS, addon makers, and record companies by making vids. Can't count how many times people have asked about music in my vids and then gone and purchased the cds. How is free advertising detrimental? ;)

One more thing, I recommend more modern sim forums like Simviation dot com or Simflight dot com. Much more modern and user friendly than the bunch of prehistoric dinosaurs that run avsim.

AVSIM is just a bunch of old-timers running things. They can't even see past their reading glasses to update their creaky old forum. It's so old and outdated that it gives many of us headaches just trying to browse and read the posts there. They have been reminded many times to upgrade things over there, particularly their forum software, to bring it into the modern world but they are so old and backwards that they are completely unable to do so.

Man, being on avsim forums these days is like living with your grandparents. All rulea and regs and not much fun at all.
