Lovely translation work. The song might not be the originalest ever, but the lyrics sure make up for it. One thing, though -- doesn't "kimi no bun made naku" mean something more like "I'll cry your share [of tears]?" Or does bun have other meanings my pitiable moon knowledge don't cover?

@TheUndeadNinja Yeah, I considered (post-video) that it's probably more along the lines of "I'll even cry for you," which makes equal sense with the following line. ("I've been crying all the way, so you shouldn't" versus "I'm crying for you, so you don't have to.")

I pretty much got the line in the video by reading "bun" as something similar to "koto," which I THINK it can be, but the other way seems a bit more reasonable to me now.

I think the reason you think you heard the chorus before is because Sasakure uses the same chord for many of his song.

Remember Hello Planet? I think that's where he first used that string of notes.
