Yes you can by Wi-Fi or 2 pokemon blacks or white and 2 DSes for DS way you have to go to Sagmen town and for the other one you have to go to Sagmen town 3 times with different starters. All and all I think Wi-Fi is faster and eazier. Hope I helped.

if you finish the national pokedex and go into the interlink thing in the middle of Unova, you CAN battle a wild version of the legendary that N has, whether being pokemon white, you can get reshiram or pokemon black, you can get zekrom. This HAS been confirmed. .....This will take a shit load of time though

Kyurem (In a cave after you beated the elite 4 for the first time)
