Downvoted. You completely changed that poor lady around, and made her look like some cheap 3d rendition of an unrealistic super model. You didn't use photoshop to just remove wrinkels and make her hair fuller and the such like, you actually changed and added in new stuff, it's not a TRANSFORMATION like in the descreption, it's you painting over someone's face and giving them new hair.

Its pretty easy to alter material objects in Photoshop and have it look real. But I've never seen anyone pull it off with human faces. There is something intangible in the original that can't be carried over in Photoshop or by a plastic surgeon for that matter.
