IE(9) is going to have some of the same features that google chrome already has. The text on the web pg supported the hints provided by the video that microsft will "chromify" IE 9.0's interface by mimicking Google's browser's UI. PS: IE(9) only going to be available for win vista and windows 7 NO XP!!!!!!! AND THE !ST READ BETA VERSION IS DUE IN SEPTEMBER , 17, 2010! AND THE BROWSER WILL SHIP IN APRIL 2011.

Mac is OK, but hugely over priced by snobby folk who seem to think everyone bathes in gold. Linux, regardless of what the nerds say is far 2 complex for faster productivity of the average user. Not 2 mention lack of hardware support.

I don't care what anyone says but that is simply the way it is. If people can't defend themselves from viruses and malware on Windows (I use Windows 7HP 64) then they shouldnt use comps

I used Ubuntu like 3-4 years ago and wireless support was ATROCIOUS. Not only that but because I had to use shitty NDISWRAPPER, my 135-150mbps (would be 300mbps out of Hybrid Mode) tranfser rate on my network was non-existent. Instead I was runnin 54mbps. Not only tht but if something is not in the Application Library thing, it's back to code to install, which is a pain in the ass for an "average" user

Instead of using the terminal, there's this thing called a Software Centre...

Things have changed drastically in Ubuntu and the driver support is sometimes better than Windows 7 now.

Oh did I mention that Linux boots up in 10s now and I got a blue screen just after a fresh install if Windows 7...

Not really true. Never had a problem with IE8. Runs perfectly and the speed difference between the big three...IE8, Firefox 3.6 and Chrome 4.1 is negligible on todays powerful pc's.
