  • hey. i finally got the replacement and it works great. the battery lasted 1 and a half days on a single charge. the other must have been defective. thanks

  • @SheLikesMeh pleasure. Glad it worked out for you.

  • @booredatwork do you know an app that shows full battery info? because the stock battery information in settings only shows percent of battery by tens like 90%, 80%, and 70% for example

  • I'm saving for this phone. I have an xperia pay. And it's just new like November is when I got it so by June hoping it will go down and my xperia play will at lease be used before a replace it..... Dam that is a sexy device

  • I have this phone and no matter what I do with it, I can't seem to get low battery. Bottom line BEST PHONE EVER

  • My battery doesn't last that long as Motorola claims. Any help?

  • @SheLikesMeh what seems to be the issue

  • @booredatwork it only lasts me 12 hours a day and i'm mostly in class doing work. It would last like maybe 7 hours if I was talking on phone. I have to charge it every night and when I look at the battery uptime when its about to die its around 11 hours. I'm getting a replacement one in the mail so hopefully it will work.

  • @SheLikesMeh most be defective, let me know how the replacement turns out

  • @booredatwork will do. thank you

  • i cannot wait to get this phone in a couple of weeks!!! (:

  • when is the maxx going to run on ice cream sandwich?

  • @dazedvick gonna be a while

  • @booredatwork and is it waterproof?

  • @dazedvick spill resistant

  • @booredatwork I get my Razr Maxx on Wednesday..it is comign pre-installed with Ice Cream..

  • @Jtyoung0826 really do send a pic or post a video up with it

  • @dazedvick sorry Q2

  • Great video. I have this phone and I really only have to charge it every two days which is amazing!

  • Yea how do u replace battery

  • Nice review, I've been looking for someone to actually do real world battery test. Also on a funny note you saved me time an money on having to watch "Real Steel" lol :)

  • @redmens1 I think you should just watch the movie in real time LOL

  • good review ....and nice phone

  • how is the battery changed when it comes time for replacement?

  • @arnold84500 that's pretty obvious, why don't you ask the same to the iphone creators. It's non-user removable, but you can go to motorola's customer support and they will be able to change it. In fact, check out droid razr teardown at ifixit dot com and you will find out it is possible.

  • @juanjito20194 yes, thx. non user removable makes me wary of this amazing phone and apple products. good as they are you should be able to change out the fucking battery yourself. after a number of recycle charges the battery is the first thing to go and the know this. fuck apple and motorola for making their shit non user friendly. i would not attempt to break into this phone b cuz one fuck up and your high end phone is ruined. FUCK THE CORPORATIONS!

  • 1q : what is the phone standby time ?

  • @ReflexCap days

  • It probably would of last longer if u look clear and pause the results on the battery test after the 3rd movie you'd notice he had his 4g Lte on

  • dude thanks for this real world batt test. very helpful!

  • Great review man. You helped my decision a lot

  • yo i love your review, i was just thinking that why no one fast forward test smartphones. thanks man. i sub to you now.

  • Thank you for a real test of the battery.... If I see one more unboxing I'll go mad.

  • just asking

  • are you from england or something

  • @TheDanno5050 nope

  • about time someone give out the damn test result. ty sir

  • Thunder e ! :)

  • im drunk so ya, good vid bro, :P

  • Motorola claims over 15 hours of movie viewing...were you streaming this movie over 4g lte or wi fi or was this movie installed on the phone?? Thanks.

  • @gunjeetsingh 6hrs is planing off the SD card or internal storage.

  • @booredatwork wow thats pretty bad then for the 3330 mah battery. I have an iphone 4 which has 1450 mah battery and that gives me around 7 hours of movie viewing on the iphone. I read on CNET blog that they did a test as well and they got 19 hours of movie viewing with 40% brightness from this phone. You sure you not steraming over 4g LTE??

  • @gunjeetsingh Not streaming . palying from the internal memory but it screen was set at max. The CD does eat a lot of battery power as indicated in the call test with and without the LCD on. But I have never had an iphone play movies for up to 7hours max i have gotten out of an iPhone 4 is one movie

  • @gunjeetsingh its safe to say depending on setting you cam max out a lot from the battery.

  • @gunjeetsingh You can get 7 hours of movie viewing while on Wifi, but I highly doubt that you'll get 7 hours on the 3G network. I'm talking about streaming.

  • @booredatwork

Great Video just exactly what is necessarily to show; tired of see people doing unboxings and device tour. we have seen plenty of that when the droid razr came out and they are the same except for thickness and battery. What people really want to see if the power of the extra battery so thanks !

  • very well done, professional review.
