The game is never coming out in the US. Final mix is a special version made only for the Japanese speakers. You can find the games on places like ebay though. ^_^

Not really. Other than Xemnas', Xigbar's and Xaldin's chairs, the others aren't sorted by height. You have to count them. Xemnas is 1, Xigabr 2, etc. All the even numbers are on Xemnas'left (along with Xigbar), all the uneven ones are on his right (with Xaldin).

No. Three of the apprentices (Vexen, Lexaeus, and Zexion - Even, Aeleus (sp?), and Ienzo - were killed in CoM. Vex by Axel, Lex by Riku, Zex by the Replica.) The remaining apprentices are Xigbar (Braig) and Xaldin (Dilan) (and Xemnas, who was Xehanort, but his Nobody's name is from Ansem).
