Clark can't fly yet. If you talk about 0:04 that's a Superjump he did in episode "Prey"

Or if you mean 0:13, that's Oliver in episode "Identity" And he doesn't fly, he holds a rope or something.

Well they have the lighting on lightning lads jacket in a similar pattern to his uniform, and saturn girl has the saturn on her chest, so they are close enough that they don't seem ridiculous, but are still a call back to the old costumes

I read in an interview because of tight budget and everything, they wanted to the costumes the 'Smallville' version.

It's exactly how Clark Kent, keeps wearing between the red and blue shirt and the red and blue jacket, just like the actual superman costume is red and blue.
