Gezz another Bowflex failure. This is the third one. Frank went the longest with 38 weeks andno results. This guy and another one start off and just seem to quit. I dont think its the Bowflex, the problem I think its the user. They just cant seem to commit.
The problem with bowflex is that it is a resistance machine, these type of workouts get you muscular and toned, but does not build strength like free weights. So I suppose if you just want the look without the real deal then resistance is ok.
Just wanted to let everyone know that my routine starts today; not last week. I was on vacation to see family while everyone was off of school for easter.
The next video in the series will be posted on Monday of next week. Monday is my rest day; so its a good day to cut, edit and post the next film.
