Glissing from the A to A wold be more effective. And RGCRANMAN is right. If you want people to beleive you don't use music, don't have music on the music stands. Besides the fact that trumpet players NEVER should play into stands. Also, your bells in your videos don't point at the stands.

You know nothing about recording music. That is to block the sound so we don't over balance the mic.

@TrumpetBoredom But on the stand on the far right and on the stand the second from the left, you can clearly see that there is sheet music. And if there are stands to block the sound, then why do you still point your horns ABOVE the stands?? Kinda defeats the purpose of having stands...

@riley27489 Again, you've never recorded a CD, so I wouldn't expect you to know anything about the process. The stands are there so we know where to stand in the room so we don't get too close to the mic. The paper you see if simply there to block some of the sound waves that would normally be going through a wire stand. Again, wire stands are not ideal for this purpose, but we were in a pinch. Ask any recording artist, they'll say the same thing.

@TrumpetBoredom I have recorded many CD's. I play right into mics. Putting your bell into a stand is about the worst thing you can do for tone quality. I don't know why you feel the need to lie about not using music when you obviously are. It just makes people not like you.
