That guy with the fancy suit is definitely not Zoot Horn Rollo. Zoot (the wonderful guitar player Bill Harkleroad) is the one to the right who plays the intro and those sharp slides. The one you mentioned is "Rockette Morton", whose real name is Mark Boston. Actually he was the bass player, but here he was replaced by Zappa's Roy Estrada.
