Exceptional use of scale speed. Is the "flange squeal" on the digital sound chip as well? How is it triggered?

@dibley1973 its a soutnwest digital sound chip with flange squeal on the chip i use the lenz 100 set and you press F9 to start the sound and press again to stop.
