@Lucas4Manga Well it depends. As for the personal satisfaction in a bigger production, seeing it's own creation done sure pays off but this doesn't has to apply to the comercial value of an anime. Sadly due to online anime streaming, the financial pressure grew over the last years, so I imagine that's not always that bright if you have to limit your own personal preferences in art due to the priority of comercial success.

this reminds me of sekai ichi hatsukoi xD how the manga department work though, and how they are all gay... im sure that's not true though, they just like to poke fun at how run down they can become in the process of editing the mangas xDDD
lol prolly not..now animating it ALONE hell to the fuck yea...but manga series is hell to make..20 pages..detailed background sketching onomatopeia toning ..shits hell...and most people do it alone..unless u make it big
@buenocacaracaca543 Of course, you can make a short animation very fast too. This is just how commercial animation is produced, and it's partly out-of-date too.
@buenocacaracaca543 its easier to make one yourself in that you dont have 'agree with someone' and organize a team and so on, but it still takes a while to make... but start practising walk/jump/run cycles and making storyboards and you'll be there in no time! ;)
This makes alot of sense and must take a lot of work, but all that hard work goes to the pay once your done. Maybe I should make an anime... :3
