  • Oh hey! Have you ever tried the Fat Blast Furnace (just google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend lost tons of weight.

  • HOT!

  • grats one of the best abs video ive ever seen .

  • the most complete ab workout I have seen so far. No doubt.

  • oblique crunches, "boss!"

  • Where can i get this

  • That's a really good core workout! Not like all those pussy shit on tube.

  • I think for about half of this I just started staring and forgot that I was learning a workout...

  • why would you wanna look like him? id rather have a belly and lift a shitload of weight than do "oblique" workouts. pussy

  • @palatialregalia88

your the fat pussy. You cant do this. Because this is real strength.

  • i like your trx and im thinking to bay it

  • @akulabourne thanks

  • graqcias man super video

  • only if rope would do the same thing..... wait a sec

  • THAT was awesome .. thanx

  • This is awesome...except for the $189+ price tag.

  • @bonnertom032 in Mexico is above $300 gonna get a kit today XD But there's some DIY here in YT for less than $30

  • ive done alot of strength training in the gym to bulk up (when i say bulk i mean add lean muscle mass not fat) so when i got a trx i was shocked to see how little the exercises i ever did had virtually no benifit to the core, free weights, squats, deadlift ect,i really struggled on the trx.Now im training for motocross,i need core strength and endurance so the trx is perfect.Id recommend it for all those involved in sport and endurance rather than trying to pack on muscle, its not aimed at that

  • I, as an instructor, think this is an ideal way of training muscles on your own body weight. The risks of injury are, in my experience, minimal... Its for people with the right training goals I think. If you want a strong core, this might actually be a very good way to do that!

  • hmmm so i have to do this with my top of aswell :o

  • Tks a lot for your video. It has been my tutorial for abs workout.

¿Have you got any tutorial for TRX shoulder workout?

Greetings from a friend in Colombia

  • Excelente sistema para esculpir nuestros cuerpos.

  • I seriously want to leave the office right now and go home and do those exercises! :) Have had TRX for about 4 months now. 10 times better results for me plus the cost was the equivalent of 3 months gym membership. Great investment (if you actually use it of course! :)

  • lol i bet trx pays alot to him to promote they're shit ropes

  • Best work out ever!! Love it...

  • you recommend to do training with your own body weight?

  • This would be a great tool for my home gym, shame it's so expensive. Then again that's how it goes with most fitness equipment.

  • hate the choo

  • fairplay great effort put into the vid

  • I actually got dizzy when he done the obliques lol.

Good video though just opened my mind up abit more!

    Learn something new everyday

  • sa fut pa mata cu laba asta trista de exercitiu!!! reclama pulii la funiile alea!!!

  • Could you achieve the loo you have with TRX alone (no gym, just TRX Nutrition) ?

  • @szymonkadluczka prob not no

  • Nice job, great instruction

  • Another good tutorial exercise video and motivational.

  • fackin' wicked.

  • Great Video Scott!!!

  • Scott

Great job of explanation and a thorough exercise routine

  • @cularu1 you have no idea. I lift weights and use the TRX. Believe me, you will get ripped. It works the inner muscles and will slim you down from the core. If you have ever been serious about lifting or any martial arts, you know when the body heats up from the outside as opposed to the body heating up from the inside. TRX heats you up from the inside. The inner pressure buildup get your ripped in a different way. Surely you'll never be J. Cutler just using the TRX but it is still good.

  • Less talking, more doing.

  • I love u

  • Hey Scott where do you buy the TRX straps?

  • best

  • Hes HELLA bigger now!

  • if you get your body fat as low as his, you too will see definition and musculature....no need for fancy TRX fruitcake dancing.

  • I was wondering if you could make a video on improving the V-lines.

  • Looks pretty hardl, and because you are suspended whilst u do the exercise you are really working your transversus abdominis

  • I made one for £2.50 and its awesome

  • trx is freakin stupid

  • @23RAIDa why?

  • @23RAIDa Yeh right thats why some of the worlds top trainers who get movie stars into mad shape use it

  • Your so beutiful man :-* :)

  • Hey bro just wanna say your videos are really informative and have helped me alot with my traing cheers man

    (TRX IS AWESOME)

  • how many obliques do you have?!

  • WoW-look at the way the Suspended Oblique Crunch works those obliques! Definitely gonna give this a go...

  • how often should I use this during the week

  • Scott, Why is the gym always empty? :)

  • He chats shit, he wouldn't recommend making your own, yeh because hes being paid to advertise it, but in reality all you need is some hard core strap, the type used in haulage, cut them and add some handles from any tubing u can find thats adequate, the result is a £20 version at the most which does exactly the same job

  • Thanks dude! That was really helpful! I subbed!

  • Man, that looks like one of the best fitness investments EVER. I'd really like to get a roman chair too, but those obviously cant be brought anywhere.

  • Good tutorial on TRX exercises!!! I find your TRX videos to be much more instructive than those by TRX.

  • Great set of combos..... I tried all of these today ..... needless to say .... it is super hard .... and extremely tiring!!!! but you feel great after you come back from passing out!!! :)

  • Awesome workout, away down to the gym to do it now! :D

  • does this help or do more damage for people with fibromyalgia?

  • He reminds me of the gym dude in the movie Night at the Roxbury.

  • In south Africa and been working out with my trainer for the past month on trx! Addictive! Just bought my own trx today and love it! Worth the money ppl!

  • I'm sooo glad my gym has straps like this already set up..

  • 20 people are affraid to try TRX

  • @ nwoalexjones - yes, it is normal, the rectus ab is "splited" by 3 sinews site to site and one from up 2 down. mostly the people are training just the middle part and so it's just a 4 or 6 pack - a good trained ab is always 8

ps sorry for the bad english :)

  • love ur work and thanks for show all these

  • Dude, it seems that you have a few haters out there? You know what that means, right? You are doing a great job!! Keep up the great work!!! You have passion, motivation and education. I have a trx and love it, had it for years and it is one of the best pieces of equipment that I have ever bought. I do all those exercise and love them, Don't let the negativity get to you.....Nice work...peace!!!

  • The pendulum 2 and the alternating crunch seem redundant. Otherwise, awesome workout.

  • does the cameraguy get emails / sms like every 5 seconds?? other than that great video :D

  • I rather spend the money on getting the TRX than having an expensive hospital bill with a broken neck or arm.

  • I LIKE!

  • einfach super übungen, sauber instruiert und sind, wenn man sie gut und exakt macht, spitze!! gibt wirklich sechserpacketchen!!! danke, thanks scott!! ;-)

  • pendelum looks freaking awesome haha can i borrow 189.95 ^_^

  • find cheap trx and p90x today. allinstocksales

  • I was stuck trying to make out my workout for today until I came across your video. Those pendulums and inverted crunch variations are true killers - I absolutely hate all of those. And by hate, I mean love!

  • This looks so good, cant wait to try it

  • gaylord

  • @luiebignose Don't be so outwardly jealous, brotha - it's very unbecoming

  • exercise list suspended crunch suspended "pike" crunch pendulum "knees straight" pendulum "knees to elbows" standing body crunch "ab wheel" standing oblique twist suspended oblique crunch suspended alternating crunch "knees 2 chest" plank

  • I would have laughed if it broke when he pulled on it

  • ooooh you killing me scott .. what aticnchal do you have ? i can not stop watching you .. i was tray with this atraining .. but i cant :(1

  • this guy talks to much

  • @oiradram yep, definetly talks to muc, but his workouts are incredibely good, so we can forgive him his act for the camera :)

  • Scott, you have an amazing physique, its impressive watching your videos, a true ambassador of fitness training. 1 thing that has been bothering me lately is how to schedule my training. Goal: to build functional strength, strenght that a soldier needs, I also like to look like an athlete (like yourself) and I can't decide what kind of workouts I am going to do. I have decent volume but I am wondering is it possible to build what I am looking for with body weight exercises? what do you suggest?

  • @Lipsor Check out Facebook / scotthermanfitness. There are a lot of people there (including Scott himself!) that will answer your question promptly.

  • @Lipsor your progress will plateau because once your body weight becomes too easy, you body becomes accustomed to it, and its harder to tear your muscles for them to rebuild. takes more time as well.

20 pullups to tear back muscles vs 6-8 lat pulldowns. saves time

  • @Lipsor

bodyweight exercises like push ups, pull ups and variations to that are never bad if you want to get strong but not bulky

  • I've done this routine today (3x10reps each) and let me tell you - that side plank excercise is a killer.

  • ever tryed those dragon flag sit ups? like the ones from the rocky films

  • dude i thought ab circle pro was next generation.. goes to show you dont need flashy equipment, just a good ol trx strap. you the man !!

  • Can anyone tell me how I get into the human flag (hand stand) position with the TRX attached to your feet.

Tried everything but just cannot get up there while straps attached to my feet.

  • I just watch it for him. I'm such a pervert.

  • @SuperBananafication1 Me too ;)

  • I HOPE YOU ARE A GIRL

  • I like it. Impressive results

  • @ShellySummers what type of straps did you get at home depot? bec i'm just a freshman in college so i have absolutely no money to get the trx lol

  • @MrAwesome33100 I got mine from home depot too, it cost me about 20 dollars to make. i saw a make your own suspension trainer video on it.

  • @MrAwesome33100 don't go to the next 2 parties and you'll get money 4 that :P

  • @MrAwesome33100 seat belts work well! obviously dont take the seat belts out of the car but go out and buy some trucker seat belts.

  • awesome video man..

  • I find the limitation of 1 anchor point with the TRX to be limiting with the direction of the resistance. Try 2 anchor points, shoulder width apart with strap lengths of 2-3 feet.

Now try moving handles away from the equilibrium point. The greater movement, towards or away from each other, the greater resistance as the arc causes lift also.

Try a 2-3 foot bar to separate the straps 2-3 feet from the ends. The bar instability adds a great challenge!

Try standing upright with feet in the straps.

  • It looks awesome when you do the oblique crunches

  • The Suspended Oblique Crunches are awesome! I needed this exercise to really isolate them. Thanks for the instructional Scott

  • I actually use the home depo method. I wanted to thank you though for the advice. great stuff to keep in mind :)

  • I think I'm gay now

  • @CTLDST7017 freakin hilarious...

  • Would you recommend TRX for an out of shape 50yr old with poor power:weight ratio (at the moment)?

  • Great video and demonstration !

  • I have never seen stuff like this before, and i am really impressed. Very different and fun way to do abs.

I suppose its grate for someone like me who is dead tiered of the bicycle crunches and all those other boring exercises.*not that those exercises are not effective, they are just very stationary and boring.

  • When you abs look fake you know you have made it.

  • I do this workout on a Power Plate! You should try it!

    :)

  • those exercises looks so weird i cant do them to the gym they will look at me like im a ghost or something

  • hot and educational haha

  • Makes it look easy. What a fit bloke Scott is.

  • build some traps boy.

  • damn i expected the TRX to be like $20-$30 ... not $80+ lmao

  • Have you ever tried Xtreme Gymnastics rings?? I use them opposed to TRX cause you can do more things with them and great for overall upper body workouts ie Dips, Planches, press ups, muscle ups, pull ups, L sits and loads of other great exercises.

  • heyy bro i was wondering how you became a personal trainer?
