In 1898, he got a job with the Mors Auto Company, and was sent to an auto dealership in Montreal, Canada.

I don't think it's fair to hire someone who isn't qualified because of race. One of them studied hard and scored at the very top, but because none of the top ten firefighters was a minority, none of them were advanced. They had to go to the suprreme court to win their case, and unfortunately, the Obama Regime was on the side of the city of Connecticut and said the test was somehow racist, which is was again later found wast. Thats the legacy of Affirmative Action and why it is wrong.
