Middle finger pericardium important in nearly every cultivation qi gong, although there are many branches of meridians, so the middle finger does encompass other meridians as well. Only time I see use of the TH/TB meridian off the back of the ring finger is for producing intense heat. The method the left ring finger was used along with palm, but ring finger
