I think the Japanese have announced that they are going to end the ban on exporting weapons. They might be able to export some soon, if anybody can afford them.

@nagamora I don't get why Japan is forbidden from exporting arms but Germany does. Japan can not engage in military action outside its borders but Germany is in combat in Afghanistan and deploys on NATO operations. Why the double standard after WWII?

InWW2 Japanese submarine technology were very advanced but too bad they concentrated on surfaced ship earlier.They started to realised it too late .If not the tide of war might turn on their favor
