This is an awesome series of videos. Probably the most realistic and practical of videos i've seen. After this I'll have to check out the rest of your vids.

ps. this is coming from a vegetarian. Weird to say, but seeing how to practically butcher animals is awesome. Hope to one day try it myself and eat meat again!
