are you high? not that I hate Tim, but seriously... it is sacrilege to compare Barlow to Adams... first of all, Jon Schaffer hates Manowar, and second of all, Iced Earth has never appeared on an album cover or in concert in furry loincloths... and Barlow has a more metal sound than Adams... just look at Adams pairing with Sarah Brightman... you can youtube it and then laugh at him a little... Sans Testicles!

Well, Ripper was the one who was in Judas Priest. AKA one of the most recognized traditional metal bands out there. Do you still think that Barlow is more 'metal' than Ripper?

They are both talented singers, but Ripper wipes the floor with Barlow any day.

he is good but he sucked for IE as a whole. he had a few cool songs. but couldnt make up for all the songs he fucked up live. hell when i saw him he fucked up 10,000 strong. so sorry Ripper is good, but Barlow is way better especialy for IE since he can do a respectable job on all IE singers songs. from adams, greely, and ripper alike. to me greely and barlow are best IE has had. but hell i like gene more than ripper. cuz at least w/ gene he sounded unique. ripper gets annoying. only sings high.

I saw Iced Earth with Tim Owens on vocals, which was very good. However, I think Matt Barlow's voice has a unique and great chemistry with Jon Schaffer's songwriting. It's hard to explain why, but I think his voice simply fits the music better. I am now hoping they can bring back the great riffs which used to be the backbone of their sound, but which have sadly been mostly missing in their music after Horror Show.

Last I checked, a picture at a concert is not intellectual property and can taken and put on display so long as its purpose does not harass. I was looking forward to taking pics of my favorite band in concert. That sucks guys...
