Dev.D is a brilliant film. Too bad good films don't work in india.Indians are just crazy about karan johar's fairy tle land films and other masala non realistic extra cheesy musical bullshit. And offcourse, since there is no sharukh khan in it, it will be a flop. Indians really need to grow up man, indian films in the 70s were better than the crap they are churning out today. Let's hope dev.d is a new beginning.

well said dude, absolutely correct....It was undoubtedly a gr8 movie....I still remember when we were around 6 guys, 2 gals went to see Delhi 6 at night show...but went very late, the only show available at 11.20 pm was DEV D... We haven't even heard about the movie or starcast, but as no other option left we bought the tickets and went inside...but boss as and when movie started, it was simply mind boggling and everyone of us got very excited..just imagine, 6 guys/2gals...bahut mazzaa aaya...

Everyone of us felt that "zindagi mein anjaane mein ek bahut badiya accha kaam ho gaya...." what kind of picturisation, glamour, dialogues with complete mixture of gaalis and humor...songs....ladkon se zyaada tho dono ladkiyaan bahut excited thi...par kya karein show nahi kar rahi thi...
