  • oh one last thing, if i chose to eat my raw steak from now on and having the "leftover" with the bone, fat and meat as a broth would that be a wise idea? alternate from raw to cooked as i heard some people can get dizzy (low blood pressure?) from eating too much raw all the time. (im a guy who gets dizzy often, thats why i ask) alright thanks man keep up the great work!!

  • great video man, im a fan of yours, been watching all your videos for a while now. Do you gain weight in the winter months by mostly eating meat and avoiding eggs and dairy? or do you maintain? ive been eating raw eggs/milk/butter for years now, although its only been recently ive been having a go at raw meat. gotta go easy at first as it feels heavy in the guts.

  • I hear what u say. To me tho, all cooked food is evil, even cooked meat. I think its all about enzymes. This is why raw vegans/fruitarians feel so good, they get alot of enzymes. The sad part is that they are eating food that isnt meant for humans, just like grass isnt. In my opinion, eating raw eggs make the most sense in paleo time, since those were all around and didnt run away. They also contain all the nutrients we need, including vitamin c (when raw ofc). Any thoughts on this?

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop Well, actually I used to be a raw vegan and did horrible. Which led me to try raw animal foods. On eggs, no eggs would only be seasonal, and could never be the base animal food. Meat is not that hard to get. Humans are group hunters, so a bunch of humans with their creative minds, using only rocks and sticks. Could take down any beast, which you can see in history, we have been hunting with simple tools for a very very very long time. Much how chimps use tools.

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop There are enzymes in meat. All enzymes are proteins. Meat is rich on various proteins. It's not that simple. Vegans and fruitarians tend to be sure of that they eat a varied diet. Most people are omnivores and most people aren't that keen to make sure they get everything in their meals, including vegetables and fruits. A one sided diet is sure to have its own side-effects and most would probably include feeling a bit down.

  • perfect

  • yo bro are u still raw paleo? Good work btw man, props!

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop Yeah I am still paleo, been eating some rare meats as of late though cause grass fed options been scarce due to holidays. Was buying some meat form this mexican place by my work and cooking it rare. Going to get some meat from the health food store across town today. Betta believe its gonna be raw haha So I have been a mix as of late cause of holidays work etc

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop But still paleo nevertheless, grains tubers etc just mess em up too much. Not worth going off diet, neither do i even crave them. Ate some wild rice during christmas. Was sick the next day. then after one day it was gone after going pleo again haha

  • @s7934777 Thanks for your response bro. So I hear u are also very in touch with what is good for your body, thats a good thing man. I myself am on a raw egg diet, because it is cheap and complete compared to meat. I even feel messed up when I eat any kind of fiber. Ive healed my body with raw grass butter first, because that cleaned me out the fastest. Do u have some experience with raw butter/milk? And what changes did u notice since u changed ur diet to raw paleo? Thanks in advance bro.

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop No prob ;) Yeah I do pretty good with raw butter. but milk and cheese even raw gives me some issues with digestion and bloating. the main changes were I heal fast, and have more energy. Also I cleared up my acne. I never got sick while maintaining raw paleo or even cooked paleo.

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop So the main con to raw paleo, is once you go without dairy/grains (except butter) for so long and eat it again. It can really mess you up. I went for a long time without meat when I was a vegan. Introducing meta again never gave me problems.

  • good thing im on your good side hahaha

  • @BPOut hahaha

  • The martial arts self taught? You're very good

  • @fightingfoo2 kind of, started in kung fu when i was kid, stopped when i was 16
