How is "vardøger" pronounced?

Not too familiar with anglo pronounciation, but as a rough guide: "a" like in "bath", "ø" like the "u" in "nurse" and "ger" like in "tiger".

Well, some Anglophones pronounce 'bath' like 'bæth', I think the A in 'car' as a more correct example.
And of course, the R in 'vardøger' is a rolling (or "trilling") R.

Its nowegian, but its very close to danish too - at least in written for. Spoken, there is a bit more defference.
