it just kindof looks like a DMC&Ninja Gaiden fused into 1 uve got a dmc styel hit/combo counter with also with the health meater but that thing showing the enemys level and health is like something of an online RPG e.g. perfect world or 12sky but since it is right over the enemys head it looks more like some Dynasty warriors/Samurai warriors shit all respect due though cause Dynasty warriors/samurai warriors are bad ass war/martial arts style games which i think are completly kick ass

It's like they took Ninja Gaiden, made the main character 10 times stronger and flashier, but forgot to make the enemies stronger too. Which is not necessarily a bad thing, since Ninja Gaiden was a pain on the harder difficulties.

There's 2 things that determine a great video game for me. 1: Amazing story, fitting gameplay (Metal Gear, Halo, The Darkness, Final Fantasy, etc.) or 2. Great and challenging gameplay if it's not centered about the story (Ninja Gaiden or Demon's Souls amongst other games).

Thumb my comment down all you like or call me crazy, but Ninja Gaiden 2 wasn't very difficult in my opinion. It just puts casual gamers in their place. With Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 coming, I think glitches won't be a problem at all. Also, no offense, but this game doesn't come close to DMC or Ninja Gaiden. I can honestly say this after playing NB, and its reviews and sales add to the fact that it was a flop.

Well since you played the game I can't help but to agree with your point. It just pisses me off when someone says this game is a Rip Off of Ninja Gaiden just because you play a Ninja in a Hack And Slash game. But yeah I pretty much don't have anything else to say, but the fact that no one mentioned Ninja Gaiden when DMC, Heavenly Sword, and the God of War series came out.

i had an amazing time with this game , the combos are more god of war esq in a way that u have to hit your opponent first then press another button and do it 3 hits in a row and wow is it satisfying and the fact that the dash is infinite is so fun . i also loved the B button attack bough versions of the attack and ninja sight is very fun i only hope you can get new weapons and upgrade them as well as upgrade the character as well . i love the NG series GOW series and DMC & now this one

It can be ridiculous, with some of the cartoony character designs and awful voice acting in some of the games but it can be satisfying once you get the controls down and are able to pull off stealth kills without ever being spotted.

This is like Resident Evil/Onimusha/God Of War/Ninja Gaiden, but a tad bit to realism.  Microsoft really has a great game on their hands and competition for PS3's GoW3.

Not as bad as I thought. Hope you can turn that hit-slow-down off though. Doesn't need the sword trail, but not too bad. Ninja Gaiden was good, but wasn't made for you to actually beat it fairly without having to start over from scratch.
