I remember this day, I was walking around, and passed by Little Italy. mulberry street was blocked off. they were letting people out, but not into the block.
there was this small, black female cop, and you know how women cops are, bitchy, irrational (unlike male cops). anyway she was manning a barricade, she had her retractable baton in her hand extended, ready to do battle but there was nobody to fight, most of the ppl at the barricade were tourists asking questions on how to get around.
