324 the screen was originally shit for freezing up but they recently released a software that fixes most problems with the storm. the screen is extremely strong and its a rumor that it breaks

Hey john, thanks for the wonderful review. I was hoping u would mention the screen resolution/colors. I had an iPhone 2G and when i played two similar movies I noticed that the storm's res was higher than that of the iPhone. Any thoughts on that matter?

actually, there are themes that are now available for the storm (have been for several months now) and BB has also released a software called Plazmic CDK where you can design ure own themes (including choosing all the images u want to see) check out the BB site!!

depends on the person. I love the click screen. Some not so much. If you like it, go with the storm. If you dont, go with the iphone. Keep in mind if you are hooked onto stupid features on phones like video editing, think about this: Get on your computer and you can do it ten times faster. Who honestly edits videos on their iphone?

I heard the exceleromiter has still not been fixed yet. I heard issues people want it to have WIFI. They are coming out with a newer model spring/summer I heard that will have WIFI and will have the problems fixed. I think I might wait.

I'm debating whether to pay a bit extra to switch from Verizon to AT&T and get an iPhone, or get one of these.

The thing I like about the iPhone is the bundle of features along with the ipod and Apps, plus I haven't met anyone with one that broke or anything.

Getting this saves me more time, but the Krazer I have now is a bit disappointing to me right now and I don't want to get anything that is similar to it.

Good video. You are right it is an excellent build and overall great phone but the bottom line is the OS sucks and there's NO sugarcoating this fact!

RIM does own the push/e-mail...true.

However for a touch-screen right now for the $ the iPhone is a better buy (at least until we see the next official release of the RIM OS)

Storm has so much potential but they definately rushed this OS out and it's really shameless of them to do that

I am military and have lived and gone on leave mostly everywhere in American and I've used Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T!

I can honestly say that Verizon and AT&T always had great coverage no matter what.

But recently I switched from the Storm to the iPhone and I get 3G everywhere with the iPhone which I ddin't with the Storm (exactly the same places).

Bottom line is that Verizon & AT&T are the biggest and best providers each of their own technology!

I think you need to tell the whole story. For those reading this, all you need to do is go to a Verizon store and demo the phone for yourselves and you will see.

Theyre about to send out an update, along with more updates in the future to correct all the lags/flaws/gitches. eventually theyll be better or equal to the iphone. The 3G iphone still has flaws, so does the storm. but in the near future they will be fixed.
