@TofuProductionCinema i had the same test pipes and they made an annoying whistle upon deceleration i would get ones with no flex pipe i noticed no differance in noise or rasp

very nice- I'm in the Chicago suburbs. I've been visiting my family in Erie, PA frequently the past few months, I'll actually be back there in July. I hear you on the bike and street, riding season is right around the corner. Ride safe and have fun at the track. Twisties are my favorite as well. Still have yet to drag knee yet but I've been getting closer and closer.

i'm a little new to the g35 coupe modding scene, but is quieter to get Fast Intentions 400cell HFCs instead of resonated test pipes?

think the fujitsubo exhaust would be quieter, the same, or louder than this nismo? i'm so torn between the two.. i'm gunna do HFCs, 350z HR Y-Pipe, and either the nismo cat-back or fujitsubo (whichever is quieter) -- unless there's another option that's even quieter yet. I dont want it to be too loud after i put the HFCs and 350z hr y-pipe.

@ryanazarko Honestly it's a personal choice. The 350z HR y pipe does good as well as the g37 y pipe as well.

It offers a deeper and mellow sound with a few gains in hp. If you run HFCs in any true dual setup or even a y pipe setup the sound always does get louder. It all depends on the tone/volume you'd like to go far.

For my setup it's quiet and deep when I want it to be but if I punch the throttle (as you can see it in a few of my other videos), it gets pretty loud.

Try the HFCs and y pipe first with stock exhaust and go from there first before getting an actual exhaust. Just my two cents.

No modification to a car technically voids warranty unless if they can prove that the problem you're having at the moment is caused by the modification(s) to your car.

how much did that whole set up cost you? im very interested in this set up...i think it sounds the best out of them all...sounds like stock exhaust beefed up..love it....and i actually just bought a 2006 g35 coupe....wut kinda hp gains did u get?

the test pipes were about 170 or something shipped, the exhaust I know retails for roughly 1400+ shipping, then you need the 8" extension pipe off of the MyNismo website to make it work right, which is about 50 bucks or so, then you need to extend the exhaust tips which is roughly 50-100 bucks at your local muffler shop. Gains? i am not sure maybe a little bit, but the sound.. mhm :) I love as well. any other questions, feel free to ask me anytime.

yes correct, this is the nismo s-tune. be sure to get the extension pipe if you get this exhaust otherwise you'll have an 8 inch gap missing. (you can purchase the extension pipe off of MyNismo). Any other questions, comments, or concerns feel free to ask.

ok cool and is sounds like ur not even going past 2500 rpm driving thru ur neiborhood and is sounds exotic ok thats good i lost alot of back pressure with my set up, what year is yours mines a 2003

yeah i wouldn't let it shift above 2500, you're exactly correct. It was fairly early in the morning and I don't want to wake my neighbors! mine is a 2006. I have to take a look of your videos of your car if you have any :).

lol sounds awesome dude!! Yeah i heard about the heat wave this entire week. We get that type of heat too in jersey. I know its coming soon. I will wake up at like 730am and its already like 85 lol. This summer will suck. I wish it was fall already.
