They had no chance. This was the closing party. They tried to close down that place for years. And the club inside was totally crowded with no oxygen at all after 3 days of continuous partying. And it was wet inside. They HAD to open the windows and couldn't let more people in. That was the only way to have a peaceful goodbye party.

this is Frankfurt am Main, west germany.
i just can guess, but i think they came away with it because it was the closing party and techno was a very mainstream youthculture these days.
