its hard to say you are a manson fan these days. i always have to qualify it by saying, "old manson, i.e. before the boobs."
i have to say trent did inject his style into mansons music. that is undeniable. the spooky kids (gidget gein) wrote some great 'skeleton' songs, but they needed a good tweeking from a good producer.
While Keenan is talented he is not more talented than trent. Manson yes, but what people often forget is Trent is THE WHOLE BAND. He writes and plays all of the music and lyrics. Keenan is a good artist but there are three other talented band members in his band not to mention one of the greatest drummers of all time.
@calypso99 MJK couldn't write a decent song to save his life. Manson is brilliant at writing Shock Rock jingles, and Reznor is a brilliant pop-song writer.

Honestly I reckon Manson will do fine as long as he has Twiggy. He is a great songwriter. He is back in the band and I expect a great new album.
Plus, I wouldn't be surprised if Manson and Trent were on and off. They probably piss each other off. I mean, they are both hard to live with and screwed up people. What could you expect? Nothing smooth that is for sure.

its hard to say you are a manson fan these days. i always have to qualify it by saying, "old manson, i.e. before the boobs."
i have to say trent did inject his style into mansons music. that is undeniable. the spooky kids (gidget gein) wrote some great 'skeleton' songs, but they needed a good tweeking from a good producer.

While Keenan is talented he is not more talented than trent. Manson yes, but what people often forget is Trent is THE WHOLE BAND. He writes and plays all of the music and lyrics. Keenan is a good artist but there are three other talented band members in his band not to mention one of the greatest drummers of all time.

my opinion is this..and they are like assholes. manson wouldnt be shit if it wasnt for trent. with that said, antichrist superstar would have turned out to be dogshit without trents help. cuz manson admitted that trent threw in some needed lyrics to complete songs and played some guitar on it, produce it, and more importantly, put it out on his Nothing Record label. yes, i know that that was not his first album...manson used to be my fav until he sold out like a BITCH

@goiler99 I had sex in a cold shower on a really hot day and it was pretty exciting, so I agree with that last part, their concert was amazing ;] Anyway what the fuck is wrong with using a synth to add an industrial feel to the song, it's not like he can't play other instruments as well as sing, If you create a great album and excel at playing ANY instrument or can sing, maybe that will redeem your terrible english.
